Can you believe it? It’s been a whole year since the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law was signed by President Biden – and what a year it’s been!
The Bipartisan Infrastructure Law has delivered crucial resources to rural Colorado airports, funded long-stalled projects like the Arkansas Valley Conduit, and kickstarted others like the Floyd Hill project.

It expanded high-speed affordable internet, capped orphan methane wells, delivered clean water to dozens of communities, and improved countless roads and bridges across our state.

PLUS it included our very first bill to pass the Senate – the RECHARGE Act – which expands electric vehicle charging networks so we can put more EVs on our roads and reduce harmful emissions in our towns and cities.

The Bipartisan Infrastructure Law has touched every corner of our state, from the Front Range to the San Luis Valley, the Western Slope to the Eastern Plains.
