National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) Requests

Senator Hickenlooper’s office submits policy and budget priorities for inclusion in the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) on an annual basis. 

This joint form will be used to collect Fiscal Year 2026 (FY26) NDAA requests for the offices of both Senator Hickenlooper and Senator Bennet. Using this form will ensure BOTH Colorado Senate offices receive and consider your NDAA requests for FY26.  

The DEADLINE to submit requests is 11:59PM Friday, March 17, 2025.
